Andrew C. Currie

Andrew Currie is a successful entrepreneur and former software CEO passionate about helping wildlife and people thrive together long-term. His work includes consulting and impact investing to help wildlife via land conservation, pro-Nature advocacy & election work and strategy development and execution with wildlife NGOs. For example Andrew formed and led a small impact investment team that worked in partnership with a land trust to create a 5,000 acre prairie wildlife preserve in southeast Colorado. Andrew served as co-chair of Colorado Governor Polis’ transition team for Energy, Ag and Natural Resources.  He is a senior advisor at the Impact Finance Center. Andrew founded the Rocky Mountain chapter of the pro environment, pro business group E2 (www.E2.org), co-founded Social Venture Partners Boulder County and served on the board of Conservation Colorado’s 501c4 for over a decade. Andrew is a thirty year full time resident of Colorado and enjoys the outdoors including wildlife watching, hiking, biking, XC skiing and snowshoeing.
