Brian Blankinship

Brian Blankinship is a designer, communicator, and convener for systems change. His mission is to lead groups to develop durable, networked responses to the social, environmental, and organizational challenges. He is particularly interested in establishing platforms for collective action. At Systemica, he combines a range of experiences in medical communications, university advancement, and architectural design into the process of surfacing and synthesizing mental models from diverse groups of stakeholders. Brian has previously worked at a leading social enterprise supporting its impact business strategy development using a systems approach. He earned his Masters of Business Administration at National Taiwan University, and also holds a degree in architecture from the University of Michigan. His master thesis titled “Towards a systems view of sustainable finance” was completed under the direction of Dr. Joe Hsueh.
