For over 20 years, Jennifer Menke has been focused on bringing humans into balance with nature in keystone ecosystems globally through systems change projects, for- and non-profit organizations, and retreat facilitation. In 2015, she was nominated as an emerging global leader by the Academy for Systems Change, and graduated the fellowship in 2018. Jennifer is the founder and president of Regenerative Earth, a 501c3 non-profit organization, co founder and project director of the Regenerative Economy Lab, and retreat facilitator for The Way of Nature and other organizations whose clients range from investors, corporate executives, and leaders in their field. Since 2015, Jennifer has been managing a project in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica, facilitating local communities and governments to develop and implement a regenerative blue/green economy in which the community, ecosystem, and economy all thrive. In addition to this, Jennifer has studied and worked closely with John P Milton, La’ne Saan Moonwalker, and indigenous elders from North and Central America and nature itself. She has completed over 500 days of solitary retreat in nature, which has given her a deep appreciation and understanding of the natural world and traditional cultures that are still intimately connected to their ecosystem. She continues to learn and integrate this wisdom into her work today in preserving biologically and culturally significant regions globally.
