For over 20 years, Jennifer Menke has been focused on bringing humans into balance with nature in keystone ecosystems globally through systems change projects, for- and non-profit organizations, and retreat facilitation. In 2015, she was nominated as an emerging global leader by the Academy for Systems Change and graduated the fellowship in 2018. Jennifer is the founder and Executive Director of Regenerative Earth, a 501c3 non-profit organization and a retreat facilitator for investors, corporate executives, and leaders in their field. Since 2015, Jennifer has been managing projects that facilitate local communities and governments to develop and implement regenerative blue/green economies in which the community, ecosystem, and economy all thrive. In addition to this, Jennifer has studied and worked closely with John P Milton, La’ne Saan Moonwalker, and indigenous elders from North and Central America and nature itself for over 20 years. She has completed over 500 days of solitary retreat in nature, which has given her a deep appreciation and understanding of the natural world and traditional cultures that are still intimately connected to their ecosystem. She continues to learn and integrate this wisdom into her work today in preserving biologically and culturally significant regions globally.
